"El Psy Kongroo."

Okabe's sign-off on every phone call to an imaginary organization, first heard in episode 1. The nonsense catchphrase is part of his 'Hououin Kyouma' mad-scientist persona and becomes deeply meaningful by the end.

"This is the choice of Steins Gate."

Okabe's declaration in the finale as he executes Operation Skuld, the plan to reach the world line where both Mayuri and Kurisu survive. It reframes his earlier catchphrase as an actual act of will.

"People's feelings are memories that transcend time."

Kurisu's words to Okabe in episode 22, when she accepts that she must be erased from the timeline to save Mayuri. She promises that what they shared will somehow survive the world line shift.

"I'll save you. No matter how many times it takes."

Okabe's resolve at the end of episode 13, after watching Mayuri die and leaping back in time again and again. The rest of the series is the cost of that promise.

"No one knows what the future holds. That's why its potential is infinite."

Okabe's realization after receiving the video message from his future self in episode 23, when he understands that the plan only works if he deceives his own past self. It closes the show's time-travel logic.

"Don't forget me. Even if the world line changes, some part of me will remember you."

Kurisu's goodbye to Okabe before he undoes the D-mail that saved her, knowing she will not exist in his memory of the new world line. The final episode proves her right.

"I have to deceive the world. And to do that, I must first deceive myself."

The plan Okabe receives from his future self in the final episodes: to save Kurisu, he must make his past self believe she died. Operation Skuld depends on fooling the observer.

"I am mad scientist! It's so cool! Sonuvabitch!"

Okabe's broken-English declaration in the first episode, delivered in his Hououin Kyouma persona. The line is a fan favorite for how deliberately ridiculous it is.

"Tuturu!"

Mayuri's cheerful greeting to Okabe throughout the series, first heard in episode 1. After Okabe watches her die dozens of times in the time loop, the innocent greeting becomes almost unbearable to hear.

"The universe has a beginning, but no end. Infinite. Stars, too, have beginnings, but are by their own power destroyed. Finite."

Okabe's opening monologue in the first episode, delivered before the time-travel lecture at Radio Kaikan. It sets up the series' theme that only the possibilities of a moment are infinite.

"Everyone is watching a different time. No one is looking at the same moment."

Part of Kurisu's speech about time being subjective, given as she says goodbye to Okabe before he erases the D-Mail. It is the emotional core of the series' philosophy.

"Don't call me Christina!"

Kurisu's constant objection to the nicknames Okabe invents for her, from Christina to 'the Zombie' to 'Assistant'. The bickering is how their relationship grows.

"Mayushii will always be Okarin's hostage."

Mayuri's playful term for the promise she made after her grandmother's death, when Okabe's mad-scientist act pulled her out of her grief. She keeps it even as he watches her die.

"I'm from the year 2036. I came to prevent World War III."

Suzuha's reveal that she is a time traveler, and Daru's daughter, sent back to stop SERN's dystopia. Her failed first mission in 1975 is one of the series' saddest turns.

"It's not 'hacker', it's 'super hacker'!"

Daru's insistence on his correct title whenever someone calls him a hacker. Underneath the running joke, he is the one who actually builds the lab's time machine.
