OZZO.TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements below.
1. Filing a takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and the URL(s) where it is located on OZZO.TV.
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. What happens next
Upon receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material, notify the user who posted it, and, where applicable, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same agent containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which OZZO.TV may be found).
5. Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
