These terms govern your use of OZZO.TV at ozzo.tv (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Who publishes OZZO.TV, and where the information on it comes from, is set out on our About page.
1. What OZZO.TV is
OZZO.TV has two halves, and the difference between them matters for everything below.
- A reference catalog you can read. Anime and manga entries, genre, year, season, studio and tag listings, character pages, watch-order guides, collections and quote pages. These pages describe titles and help you decide what to watch. They do not play them: OZZO.TV does not host or stream third-party anime and manga. The only third-party video on those pages is an official trailer embedded from YouTube, where the title has one.
- OZZO.TV originals you can watch. Original short-form series published by OZZO.TV and played in our own player. These are the titles that the player, coins and GOLD membership relate to.
OZZO.TV is not a platform for publishing your own video. There is no facility for users to upload, post, comment or share content publicly, so these terms contain no license over material you create and no content-moderation regime for user posts. If that changes, we will update these terms first.
2. Accounts
You do not have to register to use OZZO.TV. The Service creates a guest account for your browser automatically, and coins, a membership, My List and your place in a series can all sit on it. Signing in with your email address converts that guest account into one you can return to.
Sign-in is by email only: we send a sign-in link and a code to the address you give us, so there is no password to set, share or lose. When you use an account you agree to give a working email address, to accept responsibility for what happens under the account, and to tell us at support@ozzo.tv if you think someone else is using it.
A guest account lives in your browser. If you clear cookies, browse privately, or move to another browser or device without signing in by email first, you can lose access to the coins and the membership held on that guest account. If you have paid for anything, sign in with your email so the account can be recovered.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. See our Privacy Policy for what we do with account data.
My List for OZZO.TV originals is stored on your account. The watchlist and the personal star ratings you can set on catalog pages are stored in your browser only — they are not synced to your account, and clearing your browser data removes them.
3. Coins
Coins are a balance held on your OZZO.TV account and spent to unlock episodes of OZZO.TV originals. They can be bought in packs, and they can also be granted without payment through the welcome bonus, daily check-ins and reward tasks.
The first episode of a series is free to watch. Later episodes are unlocked one at a time at the price shown on the unlock screen, which is deducted from your balance. The player also offers Auto-unlock next episode, and it is switched on by default: while it is on, the next episode is unlocked from your balance automatically as the current one finishes. You can switch it off in the player at any time.
Coins are usable only inside OZZO.TV, on this account, for the purposes the Service offers them for. They are not currency, not a stored-value or payment instrument, and not redeemable for cash. Coins granted as a bonus or reward are promotional: we may set, change or withdraw the tasks that grant them, and reverse balances obtained by abusing a reward mechanic or by automating it.

4. GOLD membership, billing and renewal
GOLD is a recurring subscription. It grants a coin allowance when you subscribe plus a daily coin refill, and unlocks GOLD-only premieres and original series. The price and the billing period are shown on the checkout screen before you confirm, and you are charged again automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them.
You may cancel at any time from your profile, or by writing to support@ozzo.tv from the email address on the account. Cancelling stops future renewals. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
We may change subscription prices and what a membership includes. A price change applies from your next billing period, and we will show the new price before it takes effect.
5. Acceptable use
When you use the Service, you agree not to:
- copy, record, re-stream, redistribute or make available any video from OZZO.TV outside the Service;
- circumvent or interfere with the paywall, the coin balance, the reward mechanics or any access control on episodes;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-copy the Service, or use automated tools against it, beyond ordinary search-engine crawling of pages we allow to be crawled;
- interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its accounts or its infrastructure;
- impersonate another person, or use the Service to break the law where you are.
6. Content and intellectual property
6.1 OZZO.TV originals
Original series published on OZZO.TV, together with the site itself — its design, code, editorial writing, guides and the OZZO.TV name and logo — belong to OZZO.TV or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable permission to stream this content for your own viewing through the Service. It does not transfer any ownership, and it does not include a right to download, copy or show it publicly.
6.2 Catalog information
The catalog information on this site — titles and alternative titles, air dates, episode counts, studios, genres, community scores, character records, English synopses and the cover and character artwork shown beside them — is retrieved from two public anime databases: MyAnimeList, read through the Jikan API, and AniList, read through its public GraphQL API. That material remains the property of those databases, their contributors, and the rights holders in the underlying works. OZZO.TV claims no ownership of it, and neither database endorses OZZO.TV. Artwork is served from those services' own image CDNs.
Series, character and studio names referred to on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify the works being described.
6.3 Rights holders
If you hold rights in something published here and believe it should not be, our DMCA page sets out how to tell us, and we act on valid notices.
7. Accuracy and corrections
Catalog and listing pages are assembled automatically from the databases named above and are only as accurate as their sources; guides, character biographies, collections and quote pages are written by our team and reflect our judgment. Neither is offered as authoritative. If a page is wrong, send the URL and the correction to support@ozzo.tv with the subject "Correction" — we aim to reply within 2 business days and we fix confirmed errors.
8. Changes to the Service
We add, change and remove titles, pages and features, so content available today may not be available tomorrow — for example where a license ends, a rights holder asks us to remove something, or a series is withdrawn for another reason. We cannot guarantee that any particular title stays on the Service. If a title you unlocked with coins is removed, write to support@ozzo.tv and we will look at it.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used to circumvent access controls or reward mechanics, or where we are required to do so by law. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will normally warn you first.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that every page will be accurate, or that a particular title will be playable on a particular device. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your rights as a consumer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, OZZO.TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the current version is always the one published here. Where a change materially affects what you pay or what you get for it, we will make that clear before it applies to you.
